What I am most concerned about is financial fraud and manipulation. AI could trade simultaneously on both sides of the market to push the price of an asset up or down, or otherwise engage in numerous other fraudulent schemes (pump and dump, etc.) - there is a wealth of this data just in SEC, DOJ, and CFTC complaints alone.
