This case was dead on arrival. Twitter has disclosed for years in their quarterly filings that less than 5% of MDAUs are bots. If Musk had such an issue with that when he signed and agreed to purchase Twitter, he should have raised his objections then, not after the market continued to crash and he got cold feet.
I cannot imagine any judge sympathizing with that position. It would turn M&A on its head and set awful precedent.
