It's pure propaganda. The Twitter accounts may very well be bots. Keep in mind that Nazism is alive in many countries - including the U.S. - but that doesn't mean it directs policy or decisionmaking for the country.

Zelensky is Jewish, after all, and had many family members die in the Holocaust and in WWII at Nazi hands. There's no credible evidence that Ukraine is run by Nazis.
