Part of creating a life to be proud of - and as a father of young boy I can really say this - is highlighting what NOT to be. Calling out bad behavior for what it is.

Nobody is perfect and as I said in the article, everyone has ex partners or events in their past they are not proud of, but Huberman won’t even address these claims head on. It’s pretty telling.

Being a man in the arena doesn’t mean you shy away from critiquing other men. It means you not only set an example, but you hold others accountable too, including yourself.
