I wonder what this will mean for apps like Vivino that I use to identify wine. There are similar apps for plant identification, etc.

I can't envision a world where they survive with Bard being this sophisticated. So what will this mean for small app developers? Are we going to have an even more economically concentrated world with only a handful of big companies running almost everything?
