I think many of your criticisms are fair. I’ve witnessed it firsthand myself on the left, but with that said, many have good reasons for viewing a second Trump presidency as existential for American democracy (and the world). I’ve written about this myself at length.

It’s completely unfair, however, how one writer acted by throwing you under the bus.

What I hope to create here at The Political Prism is an environment where we can debate constructively in good faith.

And for what it’s worth, my experience with Medium curators has been nothing but positive. They are looking for objective takes that are well-informed and nonpartisan.
