I say forget his speech. Look at his actions and in the RICO case in Georgia in particular, look at the actions of his co-conspirators. From coordinating fake state electors to unduly influencing Justice Department lawyers and committing cyber crimes in Georgia, there’s a wealth of evidence (assuming it can be substantiated) to nail Trump and his co-conspirators.

But I agree with this analysis on free speech. I just think the actions stick far better to the charges.
