I don't think we can rule out jury or witness tampering. Which is why in another article I was hesitant to advocate for televising all trials for the world to see (for transparency's sake).

I think judges and prosecutors in each of the cases will need to be extra vigilant to ensure the juries and witnesses are protected. As we saw in Georgia already, the grand jury members have been threatened and exposed by Trump supporters.
