I agree with the metaphor, but does that mean we shouldn't try to bring the horses back, or at least tame their wild bronco side?

The effort to check or regulate AI or any internet age technology must be global. Otherwise companies will arbitrage regulations and find the most optimal means of operating.

But to me at least, those challenges should not prevent us from trying to make AI and other tech safe and transparent for all who us them.
