Great story, Cole - especially enjoyed your discussion on whether the Electoral College is inherently partisan (I had always thought it was, but you convinced me otherwise).

Personally, I would like to see the system abolished or at least reformed. It's turned into a tyranny of the minority. The influence of smaller states needs to be reduced to something less than the 4x Wyoming has over California as you noted.
