Great piece, Oksana. America's independent judiciary is truly one of the last institutions holding U.S. democracy together, despite the Supreme Court's incessant attempts to change that by overruling good precedent. Sometimes I wonder where we would be had conservative jurists not struck down Trump's baseless election fraud claims, instead giving them credibility. It's a scary thought.
