Fulton County was not charged with having perpetrated election fraud, nor were any of Trump's claims in court challenging the election results successful. They all failed.

So if you think there were questionable activities, why could nobody win a court case based on that evidence? They literally tried dozens.

Also, public tweets are not "ridiculous claims" as they go to Trump's state of mind, and his overall plan to overturning the election in Georgia (a common scheme and purpose is required under RICO).

Finally, it's one thing to challenge the outcome of an election, as both Republicans and Democrats have done in the past. It's quite another to keep challenging it after every relevant democratic institution in America said you lost. And not only that, but then send fake electors to issue fake certifications. To send people to inspect voting machines (without proper authority) and to commit other cyber crimes. This goes FAR BEYOND simply challenging an election result.

This is attempted coup territory.
