Congress would have to act in order to take on this authority. Unlikely they will. If anything, these cases put more power currently in the courts who are now charged with second guessing more agency actions. DOGE could use this to their advantage to cut regulations but in terms of getting new stuff done or further streamlining (without voiding/cutting) they’re going to run into challenges. The courts currently have the power.
