Beautifully put, Arya. It's sad for me that I was someone prior to my dad's passing that never confronted the topic of death. I had a tendency to do what you said - forget the true fragility of life.

Perhaps that's why tragedy happens in this world though - to make us all truly realize what it means to be alive.
